Precautions for using fluorocarbon line
The fluorocarbon line has a weak performance of nodular force, and it is surface is hard. If used as the main line, please pay attention to the spinning wheel. It’s recommended to use the main line not to exceed 10 pounds, and the line can not exceed 20 pounds also if you use a water drop wheel or there is a special need. And fluorocarbon line is anti-abrasion and is usually used as the leading wire for fishing.
How to distinguish the fluorocarbon line?
1. When burning up the carbon line point, the carbon line will turn into black powder. Ash can be rubbed into powder. Some nylon fishing lines will also turn black after lighting, but after burning, oil droplets are produced and keep dripping down. After oil droplets condense, they are hard pimples.
2. It is easy to get hot when you rub the carbon line with your hands, which is generally not used for sea poles.
3. Fluorocarbon line is not easily deformed and can be used longer than normal nylon fishing line.
